All offerings are intended for personal growth, self-awareness, and embodied presence.

Lina Tantrica is not a medical, psychological, or therapeutic service and does not replace professional healthcare.

By booking, attending, or participating in any offering, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Age Requirement

All services and events are strictly for participants 18 years or older.

Valid identification may be requested.

3. Nature of the Work & Boundaries

Lina Tantrica operates within clear ethical, professional, and consent-based frameworks.

• All sessions and events are non-sexual services
• There is no expectation or guarantee of sexual activity
• Sexual services are not offered
• Touch, if included, is always consensual, guided, and professional
• Any erotic or sensual energy that may arise is approached as life force energy, not acted upon sexually

4. Consent & Personal Responsibility

Consent is fundamental in all Lina Tantrica spaces.

By participating, you agree that:

• You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and energetic wellbeing

Failure to respect consent may result in immediate removal without refund.

• You understand that emotional releases or intense experiences may occur

Lina Tantrica is not liable for personal injuries, emotional reactions, or outcomes resulting from participation.

Participants agree:

• Not to share personal stories of others without explicit consent
• Not to record audio, video, or images unless clearly permitted

Breach of confidentiality may result in exclusion from future offerings.

All materials, teachings, texts, recordings, and content shared by Lina Tantrica are protected intellectual property.

They may not be copied, recorded, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

Lina Tantrica, its facilitators, and collaborators are not liable for:

• Physical injury
• Emotional distress
• Personal loss
• Misinterpretation of teachings
• Actions taken outside of sessions or events

Lina Tantrica reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services to anyone, at any time, without explanation, to maintain safety, integrity, and energetic alignment.
